Why not?
Privacy concerns. Google is going evil
This the real names policy? I'm not a fan of it myself (despite using my real name) ... but most of the privacy advocates rate them at least slightly better than Facebook. (And of course, blogspot *is* Google, as well.)
And that's why I don't use Facebook either. I value my privacy.
Everybody I know who has read your stuff (especially The Last Run)- and I mean EVERYBODY- agrees that you are one of the best science fiction authors ever. So why are you so unknown? Why are your books so hard to find and so often out of print? Why no film adaptations? Why are you not famous? Just a bad agent, or what??
Off to buy AI Wars.
The is ample evidence that fame is not an indication of talent. At least in the case of DKM when you wait years for a book you don't mind the wait once you've read the book. ;-)
Just finished the Continuing Time series. Have to agree with the other comment here - you're an amazing sci-fi writer. Really, really enjoyed the series. Any update on when/if you'll add the next book to the series? There's a lot left to be said!
